We’ve been calm enough for long enough that all of the plumes have just merged into a dense even smoke cloud ☹️! You can really smell the smoke now. There are now four fires going in the front range:
• Alexander Peak Fire 7,648 acres 1% contained
• Stone Canyon Fire 1548 acres 20% contained
• Quarry Fire 341 acres 0% contained
• Lake Shore Fire 6 acres 0% contained
They’re suspecting that the last 3 were either accidents or arson.

The smoke is definitely a bit thicker this morning, still doesn’t seem to bother the hummers!
The smoke map now shows us well into zone 3, almost into zone 4.
Alexander Mountain is growing, Stone Canyon almost no growth.
No more evacs have been lifted ☹️..
