Well, Martin hadn’t intended to document this very simple dish, but Livingstone insisted! Filet Mignon with Asparagus and Garlic-Herb butter is definitely not using one of the classic butter sauces. The closest is Maitre D'Hotel Butter, but it doesn’t usually include garlic. This uses tarragon, parsley, and garlic.

Livingstone just went to town on this dish! He even left his chocolate cream filled cookies for it!
