Bill’s birthday, so we made him work! We like the version from Cuisine at home’s June 2011 issue. They don’t have any of their back issues on the free side, but the recipe is really simple and exciting! The Linguine with truffle butter really pushes this dish over the top.
The parsley gets used in both the chicken and the truffled linguine. Not shown are the chopped chives for the linguine, because they’re not needed until the very end.
We really like to flambé!
