Extreme wind again! This time roads were closed, we lost power and were beginning to wonder if we could make it to Nissi’s tonight. We did, but 36 was still closed when we passed it on the way to Nissi’s!

Here’s Wunderground’s plot of the wind speed and gusts. They show a peak of 63 mph.
Here’s the weather stations plot, it shows a peak of 58.5 mph. The difference in top wind gust velocity is due to the slightly different log times. The weather station’s own log times don’t happen at the same time it sends data to Wunderground.
The power went out at 1:49 PM, was restored at 3:02 PM, so not too bad, just over an hour.
