The first snow storm of the winter! Not too bad, just 5” or 6”. Just enough so the maids and electrician can’t make it up like they were planning on today. We’re hoping to make it to Marigold for dinner tonight.
These were all shot with Martin’s new iPhone 17 Pro camera.

Here’s the roof, two minutes later at 7:43. You can see that the snow on the flat part of the roof at the right is level with the parapet wall. To line things up, find the flag pole in each shot.

This is a pretty big storm!
The weather alert had us hoping that the storm would stay south of us, since it didn’t mention Fort Collins or Larimer county.
No such luck 🙁.
