    This storm was really patchy. Anywhere from light snow to as heavy as we’ve seen and everything in between.

9:41 AM, light snow and 14°F. That means that the snow isn’t at all slippery and makes loud crunching noises as you walk through it.

10:09 AM, Wow! It is dumping on us! 

Just a minute later, 10:10 AM and a more dramatic, longer view from the front porch. You can see that with the wind from the east, the house is acting as a snow fence and we’re getting quite a pile of snow a couple feet in front of the garage doors.
