One more idea to try on the raspberry sorbet. One of the wait staff at Le French Café suggested using a plastic bag and a rolling pin to crush the berries without breaking the seeds into small pieces.
Start of crushing the berries.
First flat of raspberries done and loaded into the small China Cap.
Quality Control inspects the berries!
Can’t get a good enough check without detail sampling of a berry!
Through the China Cap.
The final product in its storage container. This looks hopeful, no seed bits visible!
Yep, its parrot approved and there are so few seed bits that they just don’t matter. We’ll declare this a success. Even though crushing the berries takes a little while, there is no clean up of the food processor. The bag is just thrown away!
