    North Path Before and After. Phase One built this from scratch. There was absolutely nothing here but an unmanageably steep hillside.

The top of the north path. The pieces of concrete at the left of the driveway are the piers for the stairs.

The pier in the middle has been completely covered by the 3/4” Mountain Gravel over Typar landscaping fabric. Yes, this photo was used in the driveway before and after.

This is shot from the top of the east stair pier.

Wow! The landscapers did a lot of work to get the path in and keep things from eroding.

This is looking north from about half way along the north path.

Martin couldn’t get to exactly where the before photo was shot, that’s now in the middle of the stair’s east foundation pier.
