    All the plans and permits are in place, so elevator construction can begin. The foundation crew got the excavation done today!

First thing to do is remove the south guest deck where the elevator is going to go. The whole cut only took 3 minutes or so.

The jackhammer work took a lot longer! Maybe an hour and a half or so.
