We have to order our favorite jumbo hot dogs from Vienna Beef. A lot of restaurants serve them, like one of our favorites, Mustard’s Last Stand, but the local shops don’t.
Of course we have to order a 5 pound box, which has one big plastic bag in it, which is awkward, to say the least.
Here we are, problem solved!
It took about 40 minutes to get everything sealed.
Everything is labeled and ready to be frozen. We made 4 meals worth of The Frugal Gourmet’s Hot Beef Shreds and we’re freezing two of them.
