Martin glanced out the window to the east and what?? It was a full half hour before sunrise and the brightest spot wasn’t where the sun was going to rise?!? The clouds on the eastern horizon were high enough to catch the sun and reflect it to us, really wild effect.
This was the 2nd attempt. At these low light levels, the iPhone 17 camera is using a fairly long exposure time, so you have to pan very slowly or everything blurs. That’s what happened on the 1st try.
The sun is going to rise a little to the left of the starting frame’s left edge.
