Hearst Castle, which celebrated its 50th anniversary of public tours last June 2,
has hosted more than 36 million visitors on tours. The tours take visitors back
through Hearst Castletime exploring the life of William Randolph Hearst and A
view from the grounds at Hearst Castlehis family, the art collection, architecture,
gardens, and history of the castle.

From mid November through December, holiday decorations could be seen in the
Assembly Room and the Morning Room. The castle is open for  Hearst Castle,
decorated for the holidaystours daily, except for Thanksgiving,  Christmas and
New Hearst Castle, decorated for the holidaysYear’s Day.

The Neptune Pool can be seen on all four tours available to visitors. Tour
reservations are recommended to guarantee the tour, date, and time The

Hearst Castle, located on California’s A tour of the grounds at Hearst
Castlecentral coast, off Highway 1, is about a seven-hour drive from San Diego.
It is nationally accredited by the American Association of Museums and is
operated by California State Parks.
