The start of the Risotto with white truffle butter
Beginning to add the stock.
Martin was so eager to try out the Risotto that he forgot to take the start of the course shot. The Risotto was absolutely perfect! Extremely smooth and creamy with the rice ending just slightly al dente. The white truffle is simply amazing, it takes a simple Risotto to the peak of fine dining!
Here’s a bit from the end of the course. Livingstone decided that Martin’s dessert fork needed to be chastised.
The buckwheat crepe and piemonte hazelnut cream with white truffle torta. I’d never thought about white truffle in a dessert so this was as surprising as it was amazing.
Livingstone decides that the torta is really good and claims Bill’s as his!
